1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the md44 platform available at md44.io (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "md44", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform and must not create an account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The md44 platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. md44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction. md44 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in any location outside its intended market.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

2.4 One Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. md44 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings without prior notice.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). md44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to md44's satisfaction.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. md44 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any transaction completed using your login credentials will be deemed to have been made by you unless you have previously notified md44 of a suspected security breach.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify md44 immediately at [email protected]. md44 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

3.4 Account Closure by md44. md44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, terms violation, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or breach of any applicable law. In such cases, md44 may withhold funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to law enforcement authorities.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more will be classified as dormant. md44 may charge a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month on dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the remaining balance until it reaches zero, after which the account will be archived. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a re-verification process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. md44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). md44 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment source, subject to any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. md44 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, network outages, or technical issues on the part of third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule"). Players must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. md44 targets a processing time of 15 minutes to 4 hours for verified accounts under normal conditions; however, this is not a guaranteed service level and actual processing times may vary.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this amount will be declined and the player will be notified.

4.6 Withdrawal Fees. md44 does not charge an internal fee on standard withdrawals. However, the player's payment provider may apply their own fees or transaction charges, for which md44 accepts no liability.

4.7 Withdrawal Verification. md44 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This may include requesting additional documentation and may extend processing times. Players will be notified if their withdrawal request is subject to additional review.

4.8 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the md44 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No multi-currency conversion is applied. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Rules. All bets placed on the md44 sportsbook and all casino game rounds are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and Conditions and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. md44 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where a bet has been placed in error, where the displayed odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the bet appears to have been placed in conjunction with suspicious activity.

5.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that a game result, odds, payout, or any other Platform information is displayed as a result of a system error or manifest mistake (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), md44 reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets or game outcomes affected by it. Players will be notified of any correction that affects their account balance.

5.4 Sportsbook — Void Events. If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all open bets on that event will be voided and the original stake returned to the player's account balance. Specific market rules may apply additional conditions; players should review the relevant market information before placing a wager.

5.5 Casino Game Integrity. All casino games available on the md44 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are sourced from live dealer studios operating under the provider's own certification. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in the relevant game information panel within the casino lobby.

5.6 Maximum Winnings. md44 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-session or single-game winnings cap on any game category. Where applicable, such limits will be clearly displayed on the relevant game or market page. md44 will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of any published cap, regardless of the stated game RTP or jackpot amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers published on the md44 Platform are available to eligible players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new players only. md44 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its absolute discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All deposit bonuses, free bet credits, and casino bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements as set out in the individual promotion terms. Players must complete the specified wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the published time limit will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotions, including (but not limited to) placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, using bonus funds on low-margin markets to minimise risk exposure, or coordinating promotional activity with other players, constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. md44 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of such activity.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. md44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, any bonus already credited to the account will remain subject to the original promotion terms at the time of claiming.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the md44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds of illegal origin.
• Engaging in collusive betting arrangements with other players or third parties.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your geographic location.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction after placing a wager funded by those deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing md44 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the md44 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface designs, software, text, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of md44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the md44 Platform without the express prior written consent of md44. Unauthorised use of any md44 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy and Data

md44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at md44.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. All data is handled securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to unaffiliated third parties.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification may be shared with authorised third-party identity verification services for the purpose of fulfilling our due diligence obligations. Such sharing is carried out under strict data processing agreements and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

10. Responsible Gaming

11.2 md44 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause or form of action.

11.3 md44 shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure in the operation of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment processor failures.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude md44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.5 md44's total aggregate liability to any player arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments and Termination

md44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, md44 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

md44 may suspend, restrict, or terminate the Platform or any part thereof at any time without liability, including for scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or as required by applicable law or regulation. Where a permanent termination of the Platform is planned, md44 will provide reasonable advance notice to all registered players with a positive account balance and will arrange for the return of those funds via the player's registered payment method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which md44 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through md44's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
